At the heart of our business is our commitment to exceptional ingredients. We meticulously source only the freshest and highest quality products, prioritising local growers and producers whenever possible. For instance, our potatoes are all proudly grown in Myalup, WA.

We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation to enhance product quality and efficiency. This commitment ensures that our gluten-free and vegan products reach you more frequently while maintaining their delightful taste. One key innovation is our exclusive flour recipe, used in all our pasta products. While we'd love to share it, we must keep it a secret to preserve its uniqueness.

In addition, we are passionate supporters of eco-friendly packaging. At The Gluten-Free Lab, we use sustainably sourced containers wherever possible and are continually working towards packaging all our products with eco-friendly materials.

We offer our products through two main channels: Retail and Food Service. Our retail-sized packets are available in supermarkets and grocers, while our food service division provides bulk options perfect for cafes, restaurants, hotels, and caterers.
